   FitnessDevil ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application "FitnessDevil" (the "App").
   The short version: We do not sell your data. We do not upload your camera feed to any server. Your physical movements are processed entirely on your device.
2. Camera Usage & Body Tracking Data
   To function as a motion-based alarm clock, FitnessDevil requires access to your device's camera. Camera access is essential for the app’s core functionality and cannot be bypassed. If a camera-related issue is detected (such as a rare bug that may cause the camera to become unresponsive), the app may attempt to apply a hotfix to restore camera functionality.
   
   • How it works: We use on-device machine learning technology to detect body landmarks (e.g., position of hips, knees, arms) in real-time.
   • Local Processing: All image processing happens locally on your smartphone. No video footage or images are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
   • No Storage: We do not record or store video footage. The camera feed is processed in real-time RAM and discarded immediately after the movement is analyzed.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
   FitnessDevil offers premium features via paid subscriptions.
   
   • Payment Processing: We do not process payments directly and do not store your credit card information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
   • Data Handling: Apple and Google may share anonymous transaction data with us (e.g., subscription status, expiration date) to unlock features within the App, but we do not have access to your financial details.
4. Analytics and Usage Data
   To improve the stability of the App, we may collect anonymous, non-personal usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage statistics) using standard tools provided by Apple and Google. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
5. Notifications
   We use local notifications and a screen overlay (using Android's SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission and high-priority notifications with full-screen overlays) to force you into action. These features allow the app to display overlays and notifications over other apps, ensuring you complete your workout requirements. These are scheduled on your device. We may send push notifications to remind you of features or subscription status, which you can disable in your device settings.
   • Alarm Manager & Broadcast Receiver: We use these only for local alarms and notifications; no alarm or notification data is sent off your device.
   • Emergency Unlock Password: If you set an emergency unlock password, it is stored locally on your device and never transmitted or shared. It is used solely to allow emergency access to your device if needed.
6. Children's Privacy
   Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

   We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
