1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading or using the app "FitnessDevil," these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer (Important)
   FitnessDevil is a fitness-based alarm clock. Use it at your own risk.
   
   • Consult a Doctor: Before starting any exercise routine, including the morning exercises prompted by FitnessDevil (Squats, Pushups, Jumping Jacks), you should consult with a physician or healthcare professional.
   • Physical Safety: Ensure you have enough space and a safe environment to perform exercises immediately after waking up. Do not use the app if you feel dizzy, unwell, or have any medical condition that restricts physical activity.
   • No Liability for Injury: We are not responsible for any health problems or injuries that may result from training programs, exercises, or movements performed using the App.
3. Alarm Reliability and Limitation of Liability
   While we strive to make FitnessDevil as reliable as possible, technology is not infallible. We are not responsible for rendering the device inoperable via software. Unapproved permission, battery drain, operating system updates, "Do Not Disturb" settings, or volume settings can impact functionality.
   The app may use overlays (including Android's SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission) and high-priority notifications with full-screen overlays to enforce workouts. This may interrupt other phone usage to ensure you complete your workout requirements.
   If you set an emergency unlock password, you are solely responsible for setting and remembering it. The password is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered by us. Loss or misuse of the emergency password may result in being unable to bypass the workout enforcement mechanism. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use or loss of the emergency unlock password.
   We are not liable for any damages (e.g., missed flights, late for work, missed appointments) arising from the failure of the alarm to function correctly or incorrectly. We recommend turning off the alarm for critical events.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
   
   • Billing: Subscriptions are managed by your Apple ID or Google Play account.
   • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
   • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple/Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
   • Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
   The App, including all design, text, graphics, and code, is the property of FitnessDevil and is protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
6. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Switzerland.
